WEEKNIGHTS:
Overnight Investigations run from 5:30PM to 11:00 AM the next day.
ALL weeknight investigations up to 6 people is a flat rate of $350-for one night.
Two night investigations are $550 for up to 6 people.
For an additional $100 per night you can book and use the Bellaire Equipment with a guided investigation from a seasoned Bellaire Investigator.
Bring extra pillows & blankets for your comfort in the cold months, although the rooms are fully furnished, we want you comfortable to your liking. $50 for each additional person over six.
WEEKENDS:
All Access Private Weekend- check in Friday 6pm & check out 11am Sunday $995- up to 10 people.
There are no refunds If you need to cancel your team's date.
NO OUJIA BOARDS, URNS, MIRRORS, HAUNTED OBJECTS TO TRIGGER THE HOUSE or minor rites! No haunted objects to trigger the activity!
ABSOLUTELY NO RITUALS OF ANY KIND!
NO OPENING OR CLOSING PORTALS-NO EXCEPTIONS----IF we find out you do this your names will be privately send to the "Haunted Locations Owners Underground Circle."
If you are an ordained clergy from a 501c3 non-profit religious organization of any kind, and can prove that you have been trained by professional clergy for at least three years, you may request to cross over spirits with the presence of Kristin Lee. We frown on "online" clergy attempting to cross over spirits of the Bellaire House. NO EXCEPTIONS!
YOU ARE PERMITTED TO LIVE STREAM BUT PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL- NO BAD WORDS OR INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIORS.
STARTING May 10, 2018 CHECK IN IS 5:30PM- PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL! Volunteers of the Bellaire House will greet you, collect ANY monies due, sign waivers, and your guide will show you around the house.
You must be on time. Please be on time!
We understand traffic and unforeseen things happen, so please leave early.

A flat rate of $1000 per day with a $500 non refundable security fee per day (s).

****The Bellaire House is a fully functional house with heat, air, water, bathrooms, shower, bring own towels for showers), pots & pans for stove cooking, and refrigerator. Smokers smoke outside.
***Parking is along the fence and 1 car behind the house. Park at your own risk.

begins.*
